Registered Manager - Nicole Pollard
Nicole has worked in the care field 1996 and has been employed at Berry Pomeroy since 2001. She has been the manager since September 2005.
She has achieved the Registered Managers Award NVQ4.

Finance Manager - Terry Nicholls
Terry has worked at Berry Pomeroy since 1998 and also works as the company secretary for the Eastbourne Free Church Women's Council, owners of Berry Pomeroy.

The care team consists of three qualified seniors. They are supported by a team of care staff, 62% of whom have NVQ level 2 or 3 qualification in care.
During the morning there are four carers on duty, as well as a member of the management. During the afternoon there are three carers on duty. Two care assistants are on awake night duty. They regularly visit residents requiring attention during the night and answer emergency call bells.
Ample domestic and maintenance staff ensure the home is always fresh and clean.

We select staff with a kind nature and who are devoted to providing a high standard of care.

All staff are encouraged to attend regular training sessions to keep up to date with Health and Safety regulations, fire procedures and first aid etc.
